Statutory audit is a mandatory procedure required by the legislation to verify that every organisation provides an honest and fair representation of its financial performance. In this area, we mainly offer audit verification of accounts, individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). We also provide advisory on the preparation and verification of financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS, conversion of statements prepared in line with Czech Accounting Standards into financial statements drafted in accordance with group guidelines or IAS/IFRS, US GAAP or HGB.
