Protecting your privacy and your personal data is important to us. That is why we have taken consistent technical and organisational measures to make sure that your personal data is safe when we process it. We process personal data (and we are a controller) under Regulation of the (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ES (GDPR) and related Czech laws, including, without limitation, Act No 110/2019 on personal data processing.
We process your personal data in the following situations:
- You ask us to contact you via the form on our website;
- You send us your CV because you would like to work for us;
- You are browsing our website.
What personal data do we process when contacting you via the website form?
Registration is not required to access our website. If you want to write to us you can use our Contact Us form. If you decide to use our Contact Us form we will become the controller of your personal data, and we will process the following personal data about you:
First name and surname, email, phone. We process this personal data so as to properly respond to your query or request. We process this personal data for a period of one year, under article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. based on a legitimate interest.
What personal data do we process when you make a career enquiry?
If one of our job vacancies has caught your attention and you decide to reply we will become a controller of your personal data. It is mostly up to you to choose what personal data you share with us when making a job enquiry (in your CV, your motivation letter, etc.). Usually, it is the following personal information:
First name and surname, email, phone, home address, education, practical experience. We process this personal data, in particular, in order to be able to include you in a selection process for the given position. We only process this personal data for the duration of the selection process, under Section 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. for the performance of a contract (or to take steps prior to entering into a contract).
We may choose another candidate in the selection process yet we may wish to keep your CV or information about you so we can communicate with you in the future or offer you another position. If such is the case we will ask you to consent to such a processing of personal data. If you give us the consent, we will process the personal data that you have provided to us for a period of three years from the consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, based on a consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
What personal data (cookies) do we process when you are browsing our website?
Our website uses ‘cookies’. A cookie allows a website to record information about your visit (e.g. the language version of the website you choose) and if you return to our website in the future. A cookie is a file that the website stores in your browser and uses during your next visit. Our website uses two types of cookies.
Firstly, we use cookies that are strictly necessary for the technical running of our website; we do so under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. based on a legitimate interest.
Secondly, we use cookies that are not necessary for the running of the website but help us with things such as website visit analytics. As these cookies are not strictly necessary for the technical running of our website, we use them on the basis of your consent under 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, based on consent. This consent request will be displayed in the upper part of the screen when you visit the website.
