PROFESSIONAL AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING

We have been developing the activity of professional and management training for many years, using our own broad network of highly-qualified lecturers together with technical and logistical support (our own training centre). We design the content of our training courses in cooperation with our clients and directly tailor the training based on their particular needs. We do not impose general basics and unnecessary information on anyone, but we try to use the time together to the best effect.

We are engaged in training in the area of "hard" skills (IT, accounting, taxation, law, legislation, finance, economics, logistics, trade, etc.) as well as "soft" skills (managerial development, HR management, motivation, evaluation, delegation, communication, presentation, stress management, time management, etc.). We also provide our clients with an AC/DC (Assessment/Development Centre), ensure a coaching process and organise team buildings.

The world and work environment are constantly and dynamically evolving, which is why we have an extensive portfolio of requalification courses available. At the same time, we are an authorised company for passing requalification exams for selected careers and we can therefore ensure a quality exam preparation. Thanks to our multidisciplinary capabilities, we provide our clients with financing from available subsidy programmes (assistance with drawing up an application, selecting relevant activities or relieving administrative burdens).
