Pravideln\u00e9 kontroly rozd\u00edl\u016f v platech mezi pohlav\u00edmi by p\u0159itom uv\u00edtalo 40 % \u017een, ale pouze 18 % mu\u017e\u016f. Na \u0161k\u00e1le 1 a\u017e 5, jako ve \u0161kole, d\u00e1 firm\u011b za p\u0159\u00edstup k rovn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostem jedni\u010dku 42 % mu\u017e\u016f, ale jen 32 % \u017een; jedni\u010dku nebo dvojku dohromady 68 % mu\u017e\u016f oproti 61 % \u017een. Podobn\u011b je to s vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm veden\u00ed. To, \u017ee spole\u010dnost aktivn\u011b prosazuje rovnost mezi mu\u017ei a \u017eenami, si mysl\u00ed 29 % mu\u017e\u016f, ale jen 21 % \u017een. Rozd\u00edl je patrn\u00fd i u konkr\u00e9tn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky, komu firma sv\u011b\u0159uje odpov\u011bdnost a pravomoci. Rovn\u00e9 \u0161ance v t\u00e9to oblasti vid\u00ed 58 % mu\u017e\u016f, ale jen 43 % \u017een.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eMu\u017ei a \u017eeny hodnot\u00ed stejnou firmu rozd\u00edln\u011b v&nbsp;podstat\u011b ve v\u0161ech oblastech. Je to sign\u00e1l, \u017ee firma nem\u00e1 jasn\u011b nastaven\u00e1 a komunikovan\u00e1 pravidla, podle kter\u00fdch se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, povy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed i p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti. Tam, kde chyb\u00ed transparentn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria, si ka\u017ed\u00fd dotv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed obr\u00e1zek podle vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Marcela Hrd\u00e1, partnerka poradensk\u00e9 skupiny Moore Czech Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kontroly rozd\u00edl\u016f v&nbsp;platech? Souhlas\u00ed 2x v\u00edce \u017een ne\u017e mu\u017e\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kdy\u017e m\u011bli respondenti vybrat opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by zlep\u0161ila rovnost pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, nej\u010dast\u011bji volili transparentn\u00ed pravidla pro odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a pov\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed (47 %). T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159etina (30 %) by uv\u00edtala pravideln\u00e9 kontroly rozd\u00edl\u016f v platech mezi pohlav\u00edmi. Mezi \u017eenami je to 40 %, mezi mu\u017ei jen 18 %. \u010cty\u0159i z deseti respondent\u016f by ocenili n\u00e1vratov\u00e9 programy po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161kolky nebo mo\u017enost \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9ho \u00favazku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eZam\u011bstnanci sami nejv\u00edc volaj\u00ed po transparentn\u00edch pravidlech odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a pov\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed. P\u0159esn\u011b to firm\u00e1m v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech ulo\u017e\u00ed sm\u011brnice o transparentnosti. Hlavn\u00ed bari\u00e9rou jsou podle respondent\u016f nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro slad\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a rodinn\u00e9ho \u017eivota (39 %), teprve pot\u00e9 rozd\u00edly ve mzd\u00e1ch (25 %). Rodi\u010dovstv\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1 jako faktor, kter\u00fd \u0161kod\u00ed kari\u00e9\u0159e p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u017een\u00e1m, 23 % respondent\u016f. Mezi \u017eenami samotn\u00fdmi je to 30 %. \u017de se \u017eena po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 vr\u00e1tila na stejnou pozici, potvrdilo 58 % \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f pr\u016fzkumu, 16 % uvedlo, \u017ee ne. Z t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed odpov\u011bd\u011bli z\u00e1porn\u011b, popsalo 41 % n\u00e1vrat na ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pozici, mezi \u017eenami samotn\u00fdmi dokonce 57 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eRodi\u010dovstv\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d funguje jako neform\u00e1ln\u00ed kari\u00e9rn\u00ed bod zlomu, hlavn\u011b pro \u017eeny. Dal\u0161\u00edch 14 % ji sice m\u00e1, ale v\u011bt\u0161ina zam\u011bstnanc\u016f o n\u00ed nev\u00ed, a pln\u00fdch 42 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f netu\u0161\u00ed, zda se veden\u00ed t\u00e9matem v\u016fbec zab\u00fdv\u00e1. Podobn\u011b je na tom flexibilita pr\u00e1ce.
