AI nen\u00ed hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159es ve\u0161ker\u00fd diskurz o nahrazov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f um\u011blou inteligenc\u00ed data nepotvrzuj\u00ed plo\u0161n\u00fd pokles z\u00e1jmu o absolventy. Nazna\u010duj\u00ed ale za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed trend. U\u017e letos pl\u00e1nuje omezit p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed juniorn\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f 9,5&nbsp;% firem. Naopak nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 10&nbsp;% spole\u010dnost\u00ed a v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159etina (35&nbsp;%) \u017e\u00e1dnou zm\u011bnu nepl\u00e1nuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bny budou u st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z&nbsp;celkov\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011bru vybo\u010duj\u00ed st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 podniky. Omezen\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed absolvent\u016f pl\u00e1nuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 20&nbsp;% z&nbsp;nich. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v&nbsp;t\u00e9to skupin\u011b podnik\u016f se tak\u00e9 nej\u010dast\u011bji objevuje AI jako d\u016fvod takov\u00e9ho kroku,&nbsp; a to ve v\u00edce jak p\u011btin\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f (22&nbsp;%). To je v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e celkov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br 14&nbsp;%. <em>\u201eNa\u0161e zku\u0161enosti ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 podniky b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v&nbsp;zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, ale i automatizace obecn\u011b, \u010dasto rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e men\u0161\u00ed firmy. Maj\u00ed obvykle v\u00edce person\u00e1ln\u00edch a finan\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f na nasazen\u00ed modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed flexibilitu v&nbsp;zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed inovac\u00ed. Nen\u00ed proto p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b u t\u00e9to skupiny je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed procento firem, kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1nuje omezit n\u00e1bor junior\u016f kv\u016fli zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed AI. Druh\u00fdm nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem je p\u0159\u00edklon k seniorn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm rol\u00edm a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvalifikaci (34\u00a0%). Reaguj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na makroekonomick\u00e9 vlivy a m\u011bn\u00ed preference sm\u011brem k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 zp\u016fsobilosti. Pod\u00edl firem, kter\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed omezen\u00ed n\u00e1boru, je p\u0159itom t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stejn\u00fd jako zastoupen\u00ed firem, kter\u00e9 naopak p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed vznik nov\u00fdch juniorn\u00edch rol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato nejednozna\u010dnost odpov\u00edd\u00e1 technologick\u00e9 realit\u011b. Rutinn\u00ed a opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve \u010dasto tvo\u0159ily v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00e1st agendy za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f, AI postupn\u011b p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak nasazen\u00ed jazykov\u00fdch model\u016f ve firm\u00e1ch vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed popt\u00e1vku po lidech, kte\u0159\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017eou t\u011bmto n\u00e1stroj\u016fm zad\u00e1vat \u00fakoly, testovat je, interpretovat jejich v\u00fdstupy a kontrolovat jejich spr\u00e1vnost. <em>\u201eAI nem\u011bn\u00ed trh pr\u00e1ce junior\u016f jednozna\u010dn\u011b. Spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 nasazuj\u00ed um\u011blou inteligenci chyt\u0159e, nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b lid\u00ed \u2013 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed jin\u00e9 lidi. Pot\u0159eba pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch rekvalifikac\u00ed proto poroste a stane se naprostou nutnost\u00ed a samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed. Ve vysp\u011bl\u00fdch zem\u00edch, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad D\u00e1nsko, je tento p\u0159\u00edstup dnes ji\u017e standardem. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika v t\u00e9to oblasti zat\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u011b zaost\u00e1v\u00e1, a proto bude nezbytn\u00e9 z\u00e1sadn\u011b prom\u011bnit jak financov\u00e1n\u00ed, tak cel\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed syst\u00e9mu rekvalifikac\u00ed na tuzemsk\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce. <em>\u201ePokles pot\u0159eby absolventsk\u00fdch pozic je sign\u00e1lem, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl rezonovat na \u0161kol\u00e1ch i v syst\u00e9mu rekvalifikac\u00ed. Absolventi, kte\u0159\u00ed ovl\u00e1daj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci s AI a dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed kriticky interpretovat jej\u00ed v\u00fdstupy, budou nab\u00eddky pr\u00e1ce m\u00edt. Nejm\u00e9n\u011b se um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence podle pr\u016fzkumu uplat\u0148uje v HR, a to jen v\u00a07% p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. Slab\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed AI v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9.
