Z\u00e1rove\u0148 maj\u00ed p\u0159ed sebou dal\u0161\u00edch nejm\u00e9n\u011b 5-10 let potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed kari\u00e9ry,&nbsp;a&nbsp;mohou zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm nab\u00eddnout&nbsp;zku\u0161enosti&nbsp;a&nbsp;v\u202f\u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f i&nbsp;vysokou&nbsp;loajalitu,\u201c&nbsp;<\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1&nbsp;Marcela Hrd\u00e1, partnerka&nbsp;skupiny&nbsp;MOORE Czech Republic.&nbsp;<em>\u201eV r\u00e1mci EU m\u00e1 \u010cesk\u00e1 republika dlouhodob\u011b&nbsp;jednu z&nbsp;nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch&nbsp;m\u00edr nezam\u011bstnanosti. Firmy&nbsp;na trhu pr\u00e1ce&nbsp;neust\u00e1le&nbsp;bojuj\u00ed o kvalifikovan\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky.&nbsp;Pokud&nbsp;nebudou vytv\u00e1\u0159et podm\u00ednky pro&nbsp;r\u016fst pracovn\u00edch pozic na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 \u00favazky a&nbsp;podporovat&nbsp;prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro udr\u017een\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f 55+,&nbsp;mohou&nbsp;m\u00edt do budoucna velk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my,\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;varuje&nbsp;Marcela Hrd\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanci ve v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupin\u011b nad 55 let mohou m\u00edt odli\u0161n\u00e9 po\u017eadavky a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed od sv\u00e9ho&nbsp;zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed,&nbsp;ne\u017e mlad\u0161\u00ed v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupiny. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to jak pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, tak nap\u0159\u00edklad zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdch benefit\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b podp\u016frn\u00fdch aktivit, kter\u00e9 by jim p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdkon\u016f zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed pomohly. A na to,&nbsp;p\u0159es ve\u0161ker\u00e1 firemn\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed o to b\u00fdt celo\u017eivotn\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel,&nbsp;nejsou zat\u00edm firmy pln\u011b p\u0159ipraveny a svou zam\u011bstnaneckou politiku orientuj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na na mlad\u0161\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b i z\u202fpr\u016fzkumu pro MOORE Czech Republic vyplynulo, \u017ee 69,3 % respondent\u016f vn\u00edm\u00e1 obavy zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f, \u017ee&nbsp;pr\u00e1v\u011b, kdy\u017e zam\u011bstnanci dovr\u0161\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fd v\u011bk, tak&nbsp;nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed&nbsp;udr\u017eet krok s rychle se&nbsp;vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edmi technologiemi a digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi zm\u011bnami&nbsp;a 64 % je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deno, \u017ee firmy prost\u011b preferuj\u00ed mlad\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnance.&nbsp;52,2 % respondent\u016f si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee firmy maj\u00ed u v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupiny nad 55 let p\u0159edsudky z\u202fhlediska produktivity a motivace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e fakta, hraj\u00ed&nbsp;negativn\u00ed&nbsp;roli&nbsp;v\u202fHR strategii firem&nbsp;p\u0159edsudky. Ty&nbsp;budou muset ve sv\u00e9 person\u00e1ln\u00ed politice a jej\u00edm v\u011bkov\u00fdm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm proj\u00edt ment\u00e1ln\u00ed transformac\u00ed, pokud cht\u011bj\u00ed samy udr\u017eet tempo&nbsp;rozvoje nap\u0159\u00edklad ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp;se zahrani\u010dn\u00ed konkurenc\u00ed. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to cel\u00e9ho portfolia oblast\u00ed, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee budou muset pot\u0159eby zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve v\u011bku nad 55 let nejprve l\u00e9pe poznat a na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9to anal\u00fdzy pak sestavit postupy, kter\u00fdmi&nbsp;dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed&nbsp;oslovit tuto ur\u010dit\u011b zaj\u00edmavou skupinu potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f,\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;dopl\u0148uje&nbsp;Marcela Hrd\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b jednou z\u202foblast\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed zam\u011bstnance ve v\u011bku nad 55 let, je m\u00edra flexibility ze strany zam\u011bstnavatele. 58,8 % respondent\u016f star\u0161\u00edch 55 let a 62,6 % ve v\u011bku&nbsp;60 \u2013 65&nbsp;let \u017e\u00e1dnou m\u00edru flexibility ze strany zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f&nbsp;nevid\u00ed. Mus\u00ed se prost\u011b vej\u00edt do standardn\u00edch parametr\u016f zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9 politiky, kter\u00e9 jsou ale v\u011bt\u0161inou nastaveny na v\u011bkov\u00e9 kategorie mlad\u0161\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch v\u011bkov\u00fdch skupin. To znamen\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad&nbsp;zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed&nbsp;na programy pro zam\u011bstnan\u00e9 matky s\u202fd\u011btmi, nebo p\u0159em\u00edra sportovn\u00edho vy\u017eit\u00ed&nbsp;coby benefit\u016f, zat\u00edmco&nbsp;zam\u011bstnanci ve v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupin\u011b 55+ sp\u00ed\u0161e ocen\u00ed jako benefit nap\u0159\u00edklad kulturn\u00ed p\u0159edstaven\u00ed a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed aktivity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uchaze\u010di o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed ve v\u00fdzkumu vyjmenovali dal\u0161\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e9 aktivity, kter\u00e9 by jim pomohly p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>29,3 % respondent\u016f uvedlo flexibiln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu, 28,6 % uvedlo podporu&nbsp;v oblasti&nbsp;zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch&nbsp;technologi\u00ed, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad&nbsp;\u0161kolen\u00ed nebo&nbsp;jin\u00e1 forma&nbsp;vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp;zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na&nbsp;zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed a digit\u00e1ln\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f&nbsp;a 21 % pak zm\u00ednilo podporu zdrav\u00ed a programy na podporu zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b 46,5 % respondent\u016f je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deno, \u017ee by jejich uplatn\u011bn\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce pomohlo&nbsp;zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o p\u0159\u00ednosech star\u0161\u00edch&nbsp;a zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch&nbsp;pracovn\u00edk\u016f&nbsp;a 32,6 % by uv\u00edtalo v\u00edce informac\u00ed o vhodn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se pak respondenti m\u011bli vyj\u00e1d\u0159it ke sv\u00e9mu st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a vyu\u017eit\u00ed sv\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed,&nbsp;34,3\u202f% respondent\u016f c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp;jejich&nbsp;schopnosti jsou pln\u011b vyu\u017eity a jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro \u00fasp\u011bch&nbsp;t\u00fdmu \u010di projektu, na kter\u00e9m pracuj\u00ed. Naopak 37,7 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve v\u011bku 55 let a v\u00edce je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deno, \u017ee by mohlo sv\u00e9mu zam\u011bstnavateli nab\u00eddnout v\u00edce. 23,8 % respondent\u016f m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00e9&nbsp;jejich&nbsp;schopnosti jsou pro organizaci, kde pracuj\u00ed, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, ale jin\u00e9&nbsp;dovednosti a zku\u0161enost\u00ed nejsou dostate\u010dn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny; 13,9 % si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee i&nbsp;kdy\u017e jsou&nbsp;jejich&nbsp;zku\u0161enosti a dovednosti vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny, c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee mohu nab\u00eddnout v\u00edce a mohli&nbsp;by se pod\u00edlet na dal\u0161\u00edch \u00fakolech \u010di projektech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"552\" height=\"368\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moore-czech.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-688\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.moore-czech.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/image-1.png 552w, https:\/\/www.moore-czech.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/image-1-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.moore-czech.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/image-1-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 552px) 100vw, 552px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>O v\u00fdzkumu:<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;V\u00fdzkum realizovala spole\u010dnost MOORE Czech Republic pomoc\u00ed Instant&nbsp;Research&nbsp;IPSOS&nbsp;na vzorku 600 respondent\u016f star\u0161\u00edch 55 let, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou v\u202fzam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m pom\u011bru.
