V\u00fdsledky tak vn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pochybnosti do za\u017eit\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho obrazu, podle n\u011bho\u017e \u010del\u00ed \u017eeny v \u010desk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch zna\u010dn\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edm.<\/strong>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 debaty nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee se pracovn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een velmi li\u0161\u00ed. Proto provedla spole\u010dnost&nbsp;Moore&nbsp;Czech Republic pr\u016fzkum mezi zam\u011bstnanci \u010desk\u00fdch firem, aby nahl\u00e9dla do z\u00e1kulis\u00ed tohoto tvrzen\u00ed. C\u00edlem bylo zjistit, jak na tom pracovn\u00ed trh v\u202f\u010cR je a zda sami zam\u011bstnanci&nbsp;na b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch pozic\u00edch (nikoliv vedouc\u00edch a mana\u017eersk\u00fdch)&nbsp;vn\u00edmaj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edly mezi pohlav\u00edmi.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e<\/em><em>Podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f panuje mezi zam\u011bstnanci \u0161irok\u00e1 shoda v tom, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro kari\u00e9rn\u00ed r\u016fst, p\u0159\u00edstup k rozvojov\u00fdm program\u016fm, finan\u010dn\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed i p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti jsou ve firm\u00e1ch obecn\u011b srovnateln\u00e9 pro ob\u011b pohlav\u00ed. Pouze&nbsp;16,5&nbsp;% respondent\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee m\u00e1 bu\u010f osobn\u00ed nebo vypozorovanou zku\u0161enost se znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edm v pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Nav\u00edc 57,1&nbsp;%<\/em><strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><em>respondent\u016f nesd\u00edl\u00ed n\u00e1zor, \u017ee by \u017eeny musely pro uzn\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di postup vynalo\u017eit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed ne\u017e mu\u017ei,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Marcela Hrd\u00e1, partnerka poradensk\u00e9 skupiny&nbsp;Moore&nbsp;Czech Republic.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Domn\u00edv\u00e1te se, \u017ee ve va\u0161\u00ed firm\u011b maj\u00ed mu\u017ei a \u017eeny&#8230;<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Stejn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro kari\u00e9rn\u00ed r\u016fst\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><td>76,2&nbsp;% ano a sp\u00ed\u0161e ano\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Stejn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k rozvojov\u00fdm program\u016fm\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><td>88,8&nbsp;% ano a sp\u00ed\u0161e ano\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Stejn\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><td>74,5&nbsp;% ano a sp\u00ed\u0161e ano\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Stejn\u00e9 p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><td>85,7&nbsp;% ano a sp\u00ed\u0161e ano\u202f&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Do \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se zapojilo&nbsp;46,3&nbsp;% mu\u017e\u016f a&nbsp;53,7&nbsp;% \u017een&nbsp;na b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdch pozic\u00edch.&nbsp;Jednalo se o respondenty&nbsp;z firem r\u016fzn\u00e9 velikosti a odv\u011btv\u00ed. D\u00e9lka p\u016fsoben\u00ed ve firm\u011b byla u\u202frespondent\u016f tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e1 \u2013 mezi dot\u00e1zan\u00fdmi bylo 25,1&nbsp;% t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed ve firm\u011b pracuj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 let, ale i&nbsp;26,0&nbsp;% t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed na pozici p\u016fsob\u00ed 1-3 roky.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rodi\u010dovstv\u00ed nen\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou, nebo ano?<\/strong>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch spojen\u00fdch s rodi\u010dovstv\u00edm a n\u00e1vratem z mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee se podle dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch vrac\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina \u017een (58,0&nbsp;%) na stejnou pracovn\u00ed pozici, jakou zast\u00e1vala p\u0159ed odchodem. V men\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f (15,6&nbsp;%) pak do\u0161lo k posunu na jinou pozici. Pokud v\u0161ak k posunu do\u0161lo, jednalo se pouze v&nbsp;8,3&nbsp;% p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f o vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pozici. Ve 41,7&nbsp;% to byla pozice ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed,&nbsp;50,0&nbsp;% respondent\u016f pak nedok\u00e1\u017ee porovnat, zda se jednalo o ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pozici.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e<\/em><em>A\u010dkoliv 40,7&nbsp;% dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch m\u00edn\u00ed, \u017ee rodi\u010dovstv\u00ed nem\u00e1 na kari\u00e9rn\u00ed postup \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv, na\u0161la se \u010d\u00e1st respondent\u016f, kter\u00e1 zast\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1zor, \u017ee u \u017een m\u00e1 rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b si to myslelo 25,1&nbsp;% respondent\u016f, co\u017e je nemal\u00e9 procento,\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>upozor\u0148uje Marcela Hrd\u00e1.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diverzita jako sou\u010d\u00e1st firemn\u00ed kultury<\/strong>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z odpov\u011bd\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f rovn\u011b\u017e vyplynulo, \u017ee 26,4&nbsp;% firem v pr\u016fzkumu ji\u017e m\u00e1 form\u00e1ln\u011b definovanou politiku pro podporu rovnosti a diverzity. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b 46,3&nbsp;% dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch o ni\u010dem takov\u00e9m nev\u00ed.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u202fnalomen\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed o nerovnosti nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 to, jak by zam\u011bstnanci \u201eozn\u00e1mkovali\u201c p\u0159\u00edstup sv\u00fdch firem k rovn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostem mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een. \u201eZa jedna\u201d by je ohodnotilo&nbsp;16,7\u202f% respondent\u016f, 25,4&nbsp;% by ud\u011blilo sv\u00e9mu zam\u011bstnavateli dvojku,&nbsp;35,6&nbsp;% trojku,&nbsp;15,3&nbsp;% za \u010dty\u0159i a&nbsp;7,0&nbsp;% za p\u011bt. Prostor pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed tedy firmy rozhodn\u011b maj\u00ed.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed by mohla p\u0159isp\u011bt transparentn\u00ed pravidla pro odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a pov\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u010di&nbsp;n\u00e1vratov\u00e9 programy po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 (\u0161kolky, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd pracovn\u00ed \u00favazek). U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 by podle respondent\u016f byly tak\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 kontroly rozd\u00edl\u016f v\u202fplatech mezi pohlav\u00edmi \u010di podpora mu\u017e\u016f v\u202f\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rovnost jako v\u00fdsledek c\u00edlev\u011bdom\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu nab\u00edzej\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u00fd kontrast k \u010dasto citovan\u00fdm tvrzen\u00edm o p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch nerovnostech mezi mu\u017ei a \u017eenami na \u010desk\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce.\u202f<em>\u201eIntern\u00ed firemn\u00ed praxe v\u0161ak podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch dat ukazuje, \u017ee alespo\u0148 v \u010d\u00e1sti \u010desk\u00fdch firem jsou rozd\u00edly mezi pohlav\u00edmi men\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se \u010dekalo \u2013 zejm\u00e9na tam, kde se veden\u00ed aktivn\u011b v\u011bnuje diverzit\u011b, transparentn\u00edmu hodnocen\u00ed a podpo\u0159e n\u00e1vratu rodi\u010d\u016f po mate\u0159sk\u00e9 a otcovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Marcela Hrd\u00e1.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee dosa\u017een\u00ed f\u00e9rov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek nen\u00ed pouze ot\u00e1zkou legislativy, ale i systematick\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed firemn\u00ed kultury. Transparentn\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed procesy, dostupn\u00e9 rozvojov\u00e9 programy a d\u016fsledn\u00e9 vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed intern\u00ed spravedlnosti se ukazuj\u00ed jako faktory, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eet rovn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti v praxi.\u202f\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle Marcely Hrd\u00e9 tak v\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vu \u2013 mezi \u017eenami a mu\u017ei v \u010desk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d sektory nepanuj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edly v pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch&nbsp;na b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch pozic\u00edch, a to ani v p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech k r\u016fstu.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b je nutn\u00e9 vz\u00edt v\u202fpotaz zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2023\/05\/gender-equality-in-the-czech-republic_152cb31a\/c5a3086f-en.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OECD<\/a>&nbsp;(2023), podle kter\u00e9ho z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010cesk\u00e1 republika mezi zem\u011bmi&nbsp;s\u202fvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed genderovou mzdovou mezerou a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm zastoupen\u00edm \u017een ve vedouc\u00edch pozic\u00edch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e<\/em><em>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 t\u00e9ma diverzity a rovnosti sledovat dlouhodob\u011b. Jednak proto, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 reagovat na zm\u011bny pracovn\u00edho trhu, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 proto, aby se f\u00e9rov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed stalo b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm standardem ve v\u0161ech firm\u00e1ch, nejen v t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e dnes pat\u0159\u00ed mezi p\u0159\u00edklady dobr\u00e9 praxe. Sou\u010dasn\u011b je nutn\u00e9 d\u00e1l vytv\u00e1\u0159et prostor a aktivn\u00ed programy pro kari\u00e9rn\u00ed r\u016fst&nbsp;\u017een,\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Marcela Hrd\u00e1.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[1] Pr\u016fzkum mezi 231 respondenty se uskute\u010dnil v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2025.
