{"id":673,"date":"2025-07-21T13:58:45","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T13:58:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moore-czech.cz\/?p=673"},"modified":"2026-02-23T12:47:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T12:47:43","slug":"zamestnanci-starsi-55-let-firmy-si-ceni-jejich-loajality-ale-predsudky-a-technologie-brzdi-jejich-nabor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moore-czech.cz\/en\/zamestnanci-starsi-55-let-firmy-si-ceni-jejich-loajality-ale-predsudky-a-technologie-brzdi-jejich-nabor\/","title":{"rendered":"Zam\u011bstnanci\u00a0star\u0161\u00ed 55 let: Firmy si cen\u00ed jejich loajality, ale p\u0159edsudky a technologie brzd\u00ed jejich n\u00e1bor\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>V\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny HR odborn\u00edk\u016f&nbsp;v \u010cesku&nbsp;se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanci star\u0161\u00ed 55 let maj\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9 postaven\u00ed.&nbsp;Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu poradensk\u00e9&nbsp;skupiny&nbsp;Moore&nbsp;Czech Republic, kter\u00fd realizovala ve spolupr\u00e1ci se Svazem&nbsp;personalist\u016f.&nbsp;P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky podle nich tvo\u0159\u00ed technologick\u00e9&nbsp;adaptace a zdravotn\u00ed omezen\u00ed,&nbsp;ale&nbsp;tak\u00e9&nbsp;zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9 v\u011bkov\u00e9 stereotypy.&nbsp;Podle 82 %&nbsp;respondent\u016f&nbsp;p\u0159itom&nbsp;p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed&nbsp;zam\u011bstnanci ve v\u011bku 55 let a v\u00edce&nbsp;do firmy bohat\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do pr\u016fzkumu, kter\u00fd&nbsp;prob\u00edhal&nbsp;od konce kv\u011btna do za\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dervence, se&nbsp;zapojilo 101 respondent\u016f z \u0159ad \u010dlen\u016f Svazu personalist\u016f.&nbsp;<em>\u201ePr\u016fzkum jsme realizovali v n\u00e1vaznosti na&nbsp;na\u0161e lo\u0148sk\u00e9&nbsp;\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9&nbsp;mapovalo, jak sv\u00e9 \u0161ance na trhu vn\u00edmaj\u00ed samotn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci. Abychom m\u011bli srovn\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u011bd\u011bli, jak celou situaci vid\u00ed i personalist\u00e9, nav\u00e1zali jsme letos&nbsp;pr\u016fzkumem&nbsp;ve spolupr\u00e1ci se Svazem personalist\u016f, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m pomohl oslovit sv\u00e9 \u010dleny.&nbsp;V\u011bt\u0161ina&nbsp;dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch&nbsp;m\u00e1&nbsp;nav\u00edc&nbsp;dlouholetou praxi v HR \u2013 p\u0159es 70 %&nbsp;z nich&nbsp;pracuje v oboru&nbsp;v\u00edce&nbsp;ne\u017e deset let,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;vysv\u011btluje Marcela Hrd\u00e1, partnerka poradensk\u00e9 skupiny&nbsp;Moore&nbsp;Czech Republic.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePersonalist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se do pr\u016fzkumu zapojili,&nbsp;nej\u010dast\u011bji p\u016fsob\u00ed&nbsp;ve st\u0159edn\u00edch (50,5 %) a velk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch (43,6 %), p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v&nbsp;oblasti v\u00fdroby, obchodu a slu\u017eeb. Poda\u0159ilo se n\u00e1m ale oslovit tak\u00e9 personalisty z ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho sektoru. Ti tvo\u0159ili 12,9 % respondent\u016f.&nbsp;V\u00fdsledky p\u0159inesly zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 data, a je\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco v n\u011bkter\u00fdch n\u00e1zorech se personalist\u00e9 se zam\u011bstnanci shoduj\u00ed, jinde jsme zjistili v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 kontrasty,\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 prezident Svazu personalist\u016f Petr Ot\u00e1hal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u011bk jako p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eka? Pro zam\u011bstnance nad 60 let jednozna\u010dn\u011b<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho pr\u016fzkumu vyplynulo, \u017ee a\u017e 84,2 % \u010cech\u016f&nbsp;ve v\u011bku 55<em>\u2013<\/em>59 let&nbsp;pova\u017euje sv\u016fj v\u011bk jako p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zam\u011bstnanc\u016f&nbsp;nad 60 let je to dokonce 86 % respondent\u016f.&nbsp;Co ale \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed data od personalist\u016f?&nbsp;<em>\u201ePouze 13 % respondent\u016f z \u0159ad personalist\u016f se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee maj\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci star\u0161\u00ed 55 let na trhu stejn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti jako jejich mlad\u0161\u00ed kolegov\u00e9.&nbsp;Cel\u00fdch 78 % personalist\u016f se naopak domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee jsou star\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci v&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00e9&nbsp;nev\u00fdhod\u011b. V\u011bk&nbsp;55-59 let&nbsp;je&nbsp;p\u0159i p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed&nbsp;pova\u017eov\u00e1n za probl\u00e9m&nbsp;podle&nbsp;73 % personalist\u016f, pokud je pak uchaze\u010di 60 a v\u00edce let, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u011bk hlavn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou k p\u0159ijet\u00ed a\u017e&nbsp;podle 90 % personalist\u016f,\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;\u0159\u00edk\u00e1&nbsp;Ond\u0159ej P\u0159erovsk\u00fd,&nbsp;HR Advisory Lead z\u202fMoore&nbsp;Advisory CZ.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proti&nbsp;star\u0161\u00edm&nbsp;uchaze\u010d\u016fm&nbsp;hraje&nbsp;podle personalist\u016f&nbsp;krat\u0161\u00ed horizont setrv\u00e1n\u00ed ve firm\u011b (24 %), vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mzdov\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (25 %),&nbsp;obavy z v\u011bkov\u00fdch p\u0159edsudk\u016f na pracovi\u0161ti (44 %), ale tak\u00e9 strach ze&nbsp;zdravotn\u00edch omezen\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u011bkem (55 %)&nbsp;\u010di&nbsp;obavy z adaptace na nov\u00e9 technologie (64 %).&nbsp;To&nbsp;koneckonc\u016f potvrzuj\u00ed&nbsp;tak\u00e9&nbsp;samotn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci.&nbsp;Obavy&nbsp;zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f, \u017ee&nbsp;star\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci&nbsp;nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed&nbsp;udr\u017eet krok s rychle se vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edmi technologiemi a digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi zm\u011bnami,&nbsp;potvrdilo&nbsp;jako&nbsp;p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku&nbsp;69,3 %&nbsp;pracovn\u00edk\u016f&nbsp;star\u0161\u00edch 55 let,&nbsp;zdravotn\u00ed omezen\u00ed&nbsp;je v o\u010d\u00edch zam\u011bstnavatele p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou dle&nbsp;55,8 %&nbsp;zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Star\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed stabilitu a&nbsp;zku\u0161enosti<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159es uveden\u00e9 bari\u00e9ry v\u011bt\u0161ina personalist\u016f pova\u017euje zam\u011bstnance nad 55 let za stejn\u011b (66,3 %) nebo dokonce v\u00edce kvalifikovan\u00e9 (33,7 %)&nbsp;v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;jejich mlad\u0161\u00edmi&nbsp;kolegy. Oce\u0148ovan\u00ed jsou&nbsp;zejm\u00e9na&nbsp;pro&nbsp;stabilitu&nbsp;a loajalitu&nbsp;(88,1 %),&nbsp;bohat\u00e9&nbsp;pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti&nbsp;(82,3&nbsp;%)&nbsp;a dobr\u00e9&nbsp;komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti&nbsp;(18,8 %).&nbsp;Z\u00e1rove\u0148 37,6 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch&nbsp;zd\u016fraz\u0148uje jejich schopnost mentorovat mlad\u0161\u00ed kolegy.&nbsp;Sou\u010dasn\u011b&nbsp;m\u00e1&nbsp;53,7\u202f% zam\u011bstnanc\u016f&nbsp;star\u0161\u00edch 55 let&nbsp;pocit, \u017ee&nbsp;by mohli&nbsp;sv\u00e9mu zam\u011bstnavateli nab\u00eddnout v\u00edce, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z nich&nbsp;se dokonce domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee jejich zku\u0161enosti a dovednosti jsou nedocen\u011bny \u010di zcela ignorov\u00e1ny.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zku\u0161enosti personalist\u016f ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee star\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci&nbsp;z\u202fbenefit\u016f&nbsp;nejv\u00edce oce\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na stravov\u00e1n\u00ed (71 %), programy&nbsp;na podporu zdrav\u00ed a zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu&nbsp;(68 %) a podporu p\u0159i zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed (34 %).&nbsp;Zp\u016fsob, jak&nbsp;by firmy mohly&nbsp;podpo\u0159it&nbsp;zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupiny, vid\u00ed dot\u00e1zan\u00ed&nbsp;personalist\u00e9&nbsp;v&nbsp;mentoringu&nbsp;od mlad\u0161\u00edch koleg\u016f (56,4 %),&nbsp;nap\u0159\u00edklad&nbsp;ve\u202fzmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 oblasti technologi\u00ed. Zde se ale n\u00e1zory personalist\u016f&nbsp;a&nbsp;samotn\u00fdch&nbsp;uchaze\u010d\u016f&nbsp;o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp;rozch\u00e1zej\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco personalist\u00e9 vid\u00ed potenci\u00e1l v mentoringu, mezi zam\u011bstnanci star\u0161\u00edmi 55 let o podobn\u00e9 programy velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nen\u00ed.&nbsp;<em>\u201eN\u011bco takov\u00e9ho by uv\u00edtalo&nbsp;pouze&nbsp;3,2&nbsp;%&nbsp;respondent\u016f, stejn\u011b tak&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 net\u00e1hne&nbsp;wellbeing&nbsp;(21&nbsp;%) \u010di&nbsp;rekvalifika\u010dn\u00ed kurzy&nbsp;(18,1&nbsp;%).&nbsp;Naopak by&nbsp;zam\u011bstnanci&nbsp;nejv\u00edce ocenili, kdyby zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 zapracovali na zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp;pov\u011bdom\u00ed o p\u0159\u00ednosech star\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f&nbsp;(46,5 %).
